Lifespark is seeking a full-time Overnight RN (After Hours) to provide home hospice care in the Twin Cities Greater Metro area. The role emphasizes end-of-life education, symptom management, and coordinating care with families and physicians.

The position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, a salary range of $76,500–$93,500 per year, and benefits including PTO, disability & life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. Schedule is 5pm–8am, 4 on/3 off, with some weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• One to two years of LTC experience in ALF/MC/SNF settings.
• Hospice care experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Answers calls from clients and families to assess hospice needs and perform nursing assessments.
• Follow care plans, administer meds, and provide direct client care per state nurse practice.
• Counsel clients and families, provide health instructions, and coordinate with physicians and community.
