Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing for a 13-year-old male child in Monongahela, PA. This weekend overnight role supports ADLs, trach/vent care, and mobile, family-centered pediatric care.

Required: PA LPN (or RN) license, 6+ months' nursing experience, CPR, and a graduate of an accredited program. Competitive benefits and supportive leadership accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Current PA LPN (or RN) license and graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience; home health preferred.
• CPR certification.
