RiverWoods Exeter is seeking a Full-Time MNA to provide direct resident care in a team-focused environment where our residents are at the heart of what we do. The position requires working Saturday and Sunday from 7p-7a, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a starting wage of $25+ per hour plus overnight differential.

• Active NH MNA License.
• Experience working with senior citizens preferred.
• Desire to work in an award-winning independent retirement community.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care and assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting) to promote health and independence.
• Assist with mobility and nursing tasks per the care plan, including transfers, ROM, and use of mobility aids like Hoyer lifts.
• Build professional relationships with residents, families, co-workers and supervisors to enable open communication and mutual respect.
• Assist with assessments and treatments per State Nursing Practice Act and facility policy (TPRs, BP, weights, samples, skin care, O2 stats).
• Follow infection control guidelines and safety protocols, including standard precautions and biohazard handling.
• Support residents with falls prevention, safety, nutrition and hydration, and elopement prevention strategies.
• Accept assignments from the Nurse Leader and report changes in condition promptly, supporting overall facility needs.
• Adhere to Resident Rights, HIPAA, abuse reporting, and emergency procedures.
• Encourage resident participation in social and recreational activities.
• Accurately document care using flow sheets and care plans.
