Qualifications include an Associate degree with MLT certification (ASCP preferred), at least six months of lab experience, and BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Medical Technology with MLT certification or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months of general lab experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
