Job summary

Exclusive Caring Partners LLC in Gastonia, NC is hiring Direct Support Staff for weekend overnight shifts in a group home setting. You will support residents with daily routines, assist with personal care, and help with community activities while maintaining safety and documentation.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and state certifications (CPR, First Aid). Day-to-day duties include charting, teamwork, and adherence to PCP goals; compensation is hourly with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with driving history.
• Must maintain CPR & First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supervision and stay awake during the overnight shift.
• Complete overnight duties such as entree prep, cleaning, and laundry.
• Perform 30-minute checks of residents without waking them.
• Document services, sleep charts, goals, and daily notes.
• Ensure safety and supervision at all times.
• Assist with household tasks and attend trainings.
