Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience as a Direct Support Professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities during overnight shifts.
• Monitor and ensure the safety, health, and well-being of residents throughout the night.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities including personal hygiene, mobility, and medication management.
• Document and maintain accurate shift logs, incident reports, and care notes.
• Respond promptly to overnight emergencies or behavioral situations.
• Foster a supportive, respectful environment and communicate shift transitions clearly.
