Job summary

Housing Advocacy Vocational and Employment (HAVE) in Clarksburg, MD, seeks a Direct Support Professional for weekend overnight shifts (Sat-Sun, 10 PM–6 AM) to support residents with developmental or intellectual disabilities. Qualifications

• Previous Direct Support Professional (DSP) or caregiving experience preferred.
• Ability to work overnight weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 10 PM – 6 AM) consistently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
