Job summary

Planned Companies is seeking a part-time Concierge Package Handler in Alexandria, VA. You will greet tenants, guests and vendors, coordinate reservations, plan on-site events, and assist with local referrals and services. This role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 7pm–7am; Pay Rate: $19.00/hour. Full orientation and benefits for eligible staff provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors entering the building.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide direction, referrals and access to local entertainment, dining, and services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services.
• Answer phones, monitor lobby, and manage keys/access cards.
