Job summary

OhioGuidestone seeks a Behavioral Health Specialist to provide case management for children and families with mental health and substance use diagnoses. Services may be delivered via telehealth, outpatient offices, and community settings.

Under supervision, you will monitor symptoms, coordinate resources, and ensure continuity of care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Weekend shift and pre-employment screenings are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years relevant experience and able to demonstrate competencies in basic behavioral health skills.
• Experience or coursework in behavioral healthcare helpful.
