Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking licensed therapists (LICSW/LMFT/LMHC/ Psychologist) for a hybrid role. You’ll see clients in-person at least one weekend day weekly and can work virtually on other days. The practice emphasizes authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts clinical licensure required or in progress.
• Experience completing diagnostic assessments and treatment plans.
• Proficient in therapy documentation and case notes.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and documentation per policy.
• For full-time, maintain a caseload of 25 client visits per week or more.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Prepare and submit documentation per company guidelines and protocol.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff, and schools as needed.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
