Job summary

Ellie Mental Health - Colorado Springs is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our growing team. You will evaluate mental health diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary group to improve access to quality care.

Qualifications

• Registered with DORA as licensed mental health professional (LSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC, or LMFT) with a valid CO license.
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to model appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Ability to complete documentation of services in a timely manner.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base.
• Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus).
• Ideal candidates will have knowledge of therapy services, resources, insurance billing, and MH documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation per policy.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per guidelines.
• For Full-Time, maintain a caseload of 25 billable hours per week.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and colleagues as needed.
• Other meaningful responsibilities as required.
