Qualifications

• Active LMFT license in Wisconsin.
• Experience with diagnostic assessments and treatment planning.
• Ability to maintain clear boundaries with clients and timely documentation.
• Credentialing with insurance panels is ideal, but we can work with you.

Responsibilities

• Carrying a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week.
• Completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
• Using clinical creativity to help clients make progress.
• Joining staff meetings and trainings with a collaborative team.
