Ellie Mental Health is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to help expand access to quality mental health care while embodying our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Clinician licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, etc.) or be a Registered Intern.
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create/implement treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Use creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation per company guidelines.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client visits per week for Full-Time clinicians.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
