Woodward is hiring Operations Technicians to support production lines at the Rock Cut Campus in Loves Park, IL. The role involves manufacturing, assembly, testing, and using hand and specialty tools to produce aerospace parts.

Training starts on 1st shift with 7:00am–3:30pm, moving to other shifts after two weeks. Level I and II positions offer a comprehensive benefits package including bonuses, 401(k) match, stock contributions, tuition reimbursement, paid holidays, and medical/dental/vision

Qualifications

• Follows documented procedures to produce products using SOPs and specified tools.
• Accurately logs daily operations and records process variables.
• Conducts inspections and tests to verify product quality and keeps data per standards.

• Process: monitor variables and ensure consistency; escalate issues as needed.
