Job summary

Thunderzone is seeking a Weekend Manager to lead operations across bowling, arcade, laser tag, and JR's bar. You will own Friday–Sunday shifts, maintain guest satisfaction, and coach a tight-knit team through high-traffic periods.

You’ll handle staffing, payroll accuracy, and inventory while keeping the venue clean, organized, and guest-ready. Open availability for nights and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership ability with a track record of effective team management.
• Exceptional customer service skills for all clientele, positive or negative.
• Strong math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift supplies regularly.
• Open availability for nights, weekends and holidays; non-negotiable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Full command of daily operations across bowling, arcade, laser tag, VR, and JR's bar.
• Resolve guest issues quickly to prevent escalation.
• Staffing: scheduling, coverage, interviewing and onboarding.
• Inventory oversight and active promotion of sales and new offerings.
• Cash handling and payroll accuracy to the last detail.
• Maintain a clean, guest-ready facility and clear communication with management.
