Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Centers in Stone Mountain, Georgia, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in food & beverage, bowling, and arcade. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of management experience, preferably in hospitality or food service, and be prepared to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

This role involves creating a fun atmosphere for guests, managing team members through training and coaching, and ensuring compliance with safety and HR policies. We offer opportunities for advancement and a supportive team environment where fun and community involvement are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience is required.
• Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a plus.

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Operations Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center. Our Operations Manager needs to be a responsible individual who can lead and manage a team while overseeing daily operations over our 3 businesses; food & beverage, bowling, and arcade. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the GM and AGM in staffing and training team members, overseeing operations and guest experience including all areas of service, while ensuring that we deliver an exceptional product.

What we’re looking for:

• 1-2 years of management experience
• Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a plus
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Create an exciting and fun atmosphere to ensure a great experience for our guests and team
