Job summary

Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 513-bed skilled nursing facility located atop Onondaga Hill in Syracuse, NY. The LPN will provide medication administration, supervise CNAs, and contribute to the patient/proper resident care plans with the nursing leadership team.

The role is full-time and requires coverage on alternating weekends. The center offers competitive wages, generous time off, health insurance contribution, a 401K plan, and opportunities for additional salary

• Valid LPN Practical Nurse License is required.
• CPR Certification is required.
