Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our 513-bed skilled nursing team in Syracuse, NY. You will administer medications, support the charge nurse in overseeing CNAs, and help monitor and update resident care plans to ensure quality care.

Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 513-bed skilled Nursing facility atop Onondaga Hill in Syracuse, NY. The Van Duyn team is committed to providing quality care and diversified services with a professional team of caregivers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Medication administration
• Charge nurse role for oversight of CNA’s to monitor care provided
• Monitor effectiveness of the patient/resident plan of care
• Participate in the care planning process
• Reporting to nurse manager/nursing supervisor/ADON

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Valid LPN Practical Nurse License
• CPR Certification
• New Graduates are welcome to apply No Experience necessary
