Job summary

Central Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking energetic LPNs to support resident care in our sub-acute rehab and skilled nursing facility in downtown Syracuse. Openings available for Full-Time and Part-Time positions with competitive pay and shift differentials.

Shifts run 7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, and 11pm-7:30am. Benefits include tuition reimbursement for RN programs, health/dental/vision, 401K, generous PTO, and free parking.

Qualifications

• Current NY State LPN license required.
• Demonstrated compassion and strong work ethic.
• Ability to supervise CNAs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Recording health details of Residents including vitals and temperature.
• Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
• May supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Helps Residents get dressed and take care of personal hygiene.
• Monitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.

Central Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center has openings for some great, energetic and passionate LPNs to assist with resident care in our sub-acute rehab and skilled nursing facility.

Currently have Full-Time and Part-Time

$27-$31.01/HR plus shift differential

Evening shift differential: $7

Night shift differential: $3

Weekend shift differential: $3

OPENINGS FOR SHIFTS: 7am-3:30pm, 3pm-1130pm, 11pm-7:30am
