Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional clinical support and guidance to patients, families, and caregivers.

• Assist with urgent staffing and scheduling issues when necessary.
• Document all clinical communication and interventions accurately.
• Follow agency policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Help ensure continuity of quality patient care outside normal office hours.
