Job summary
Dakota Home Care is seeking compassionate registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to provide skilled nursing care for a client in the Fargo area. This full-time role offers 12-hour overnight shifts, competitive hourly pay, and a supportive team focused on quality home care.
Starting pay is $30–$40/hr for RNs and $25–$28/hr for LPNs, with weekly pay, on-demand access to earnings, and comprehensive benefits. Eligible staff receive paid training, PTO, a 401k, life insurance, and more.
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in North Dakota.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive overnight care to a home-bound client.
- Monitor and assess client condition during the night.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Document skilled nursing care accurately.
- Assist with personal care needs when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with family and care team.
