Job summary

Luminos Hospice is seeking a Weekend On‑Call Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate in‑home care on weekends in Oklahoma. You will provide nursing care to patients in their residences and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, families, and referring agencies to ensure seamless care delivery.

Three 12‑hour shifts (Friday‑Sunday) support our patients and families. Strong clinical skills, independence, and excellent communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Current State RN license.
• CPR Certification required.
• Ability to work weekends and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in their homes on weekends.
• Coordinate with Interdisciplinary Group/Team and families.
• Coordinate care with referring agency and document care.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during on‑call shifts.
