Interim HealthCare of Augusta is seeking a dependable Weekend On-Call Home Care Aide to support our home care team. This role is ideal for flexible caregivers who can respond quickly to last-minute staffing needs across our service area.

We offer $150 on-call bonus plus $20.00/hr for active hours, with mileage reimbursement for inter-travel between clients. Availability Friday 5:30 PM – Monday 9:00 AM is required to ensure uninterrupted care for our clients.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Flexible and dependable availability.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

Weekend On-Call Home Care Aide

$150.00 On-Call Bonus + $20.00/hr. Active Hours

We are currently hiring a dependable and flexible Weekend On-Call Home Care Aide to support our growing home care team. This role is ideal for caregivers who are adaptable, responsive, and willing to assist with last-minute staffing needs across our service area.

On-Call Schedule

Friday 5:30 PM – Monday 9:00 AM

During this time frame, the on-call caregiver must:

• Remain available by phone
• Be prepared to pick up shifts for call-ins or urgent scheduling needs
• Be able to travel throughout our full service area
• Be comfortable working with clients of all care levels
• Be comfortable working in homes with pets/animals

Compensation

• Hourly pay for all assigned client shifts
• Inter-travel mileage reimbursement between clients
• Additional $150 Weekend On-Call Bonus

To receive the $150 on-call bonus, all assigned shifts during the on-call weekend must be accepted and completed.

Availability Expectations

• Must be available to work on-call weekends at least 2 weekends per month
