Interim HealthCare of Augusta is seeking a dependable Weekend On-Call Home Care Aide to support our home care team. This role is ideal for flexible caregivers who can respond quickly to last-minute staffing needs across our service area.

We offer $150 on-call bonus plus $20.00/hr for active hours, with mileage reimbursement for inter-travel between clients. Availability Friday 5:30 PM – Monday 9:00 AM is required to ensure uninterrupted care for our clients.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Flexible and dependable availability.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Remain available by phone during on-call hours.
• Be prepared to pick up shifts for call-ins or urgent scheduling needs.
• Travel between clients across the service area.
• Support clients with varying care levels, including homes with pets.
