Job summary

Right at Home – Rhome is seeking dependable and flexible caregivers for our On-Call Weekend Caregiver position. This role is ideal for experienced caregivers who are comfortable responding to last-minute staffing needs and helping ensure our clients receive uninterrupted quality care.

Caregivers selected for the on-call rotation will receive a flat weekend on-call pay rate, plus hourly pay for any shifts worked during the weekend, with travel to client homes as needed and strong office support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Be available during assigned on-call weekends.
• Answer communication promptly from office staff.
• Be willing to accept and travel to last-minute/open caregiver shifts.
• Provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and clients.
• Assist with personal care, companionship, meal prep, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping.
• Maintain professionalism and reliability during all assigned shifts.
