Job summary

Mass General Brigham Medical Group Western Massachusetts, Inc. in Northampton, MA is seeking an experienced BE/BC Ob/Gyn to join our Weekend Laborist team on a 0.5 FTE schedule, delivering care during weekends with predictable shifts and collaborative support from a 10-physician, 10-NP team.

This role provides on-site labor and delivery coverage, with access to Level 1B Nursery, Epic EMR, and a dedicated childbirth center, offering a stable, community-focused practice within Mass General Brigham.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Minimum of two years of post-training Ob/Gyn experience.
• A collaborative, communicative physician who brings sound judgment, warmth, and a commitment to inclusive, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Manage the labor floor while on call.
• Perform deliveries, circumcisions, D&Cs, repeat C-sections, and IUIs.
• Provide medical floor and Emergency Department consult coverage.
