Job summary

New England Women's Healthcare in Massachusetts is seeking a BC/BE Ob-Gyn to join our established practice. This full-time position offers a 4-day work week with a balance of office, surgical, and Labor and Delivery duties.

Shared call schedule is 1:12 weekends, and there is a healthy mix of inpatient and outpatient care. We offer competitive compensation and benefits including health insurance, CME allowance, and 4 weeks of paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Board-certified OB-GYN or eligible for certification.
• Willing to work across office, surgical, and L&D settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OB-GYN care in office and hospital settings.
• Assist during deliveries and perform gynecologic surgeries.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for patient care.
