Job summary

Mass General Brigham Medical Group Western Massachusetts, Inc. in Northampton, MA, seeks an experienced Ob/Gyn weekend laborist for a part-time role with a predictable weekend schedule.

0.5 FTE covers thirty-eight 24-hour weekend shifts annually, joining a team of physicians and certified nurse-midwives in a Baby-Friendly birth center. Be/BC Ob/Gyn with at least two years post-training experience, strong teamwork, and a commitment to inclusive, patient-centered care will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Minimum two years post-training Ob/Gyn experience.
• Collaborative, communicative physician with inclusive patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor floor while on call.
• Perform deliveries, circumcisions, D&Cs, repeat C-sections, and IUIs.
• Provide medical floor and Emergency Department consult coverage.
