Vivo Healthcare Gateway seeks a compassionate Nurse Weekend Supervisor to join our leadership team, providing clinical oversight during weekend shifts every other weekend at our 120-bed skilled nursing facility. The role requires Florida RN/LPN licensure and CPR certification, with a focus on staff support, patient care, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, plus experience in long-term care and weekend

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN or LPN license in Florida.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure high-quality care during weekend shifts.
• Serve as primary clinical contact for weekend staff, residents, and families.
• Conduct clinical rounds and assist with resident care as needed.
• Coordinate weekend admissions and discharges.
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust as necessary.
• Address and resolve clinical issues or incidents.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and timely.
• Support and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment.

Vivo Healthcare Gateway is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Weekend Supervisor to join our leadership team and provide clinical oversight during weekend shifts every other weekend. Our 120-bed skilled nursing facility is committed to delivering the highest quality of care to our residents, and we are looking for a strong nurse leader to ensure clinical excellence, staff support, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery during weekend shifts.
• Serve as the primary clinical contact for weekend staff, residents, and families.
• Conduct clinical rounds and assist with resident care as needed.
• Coordinate admissions and discharges on the weekend.
• Monitor staffing levels and make adjustments as necessary.
• Address and resolve any clinical issues or incidents.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and timely.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid R/N or LPN license in Florida
• CPR certification
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and work as part of a team
• Experience in long-term care is a plus
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.

Schedule:

• Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
