Job summary
Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an experienced RN/LPN Supervisor to lead weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday). You will oversee resident care, coordinate staff, and ensure adherence to policies and care plans for geriatric residents, acting as a role model for the nursing team.
Graduate nurses with TN RN/LPN license and BSN or equivalent are preferred. The position offers benefits including health insurance, PTO, and daily pay, with commensurate salary depending on
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- BSN or equivalent degree.
- Current TN RN/LPN license.
- Experience in nursing home leadership.
Responsibilities
- Assure that high-quality nursing care is delivered with a focus on outcomes.
- Implement plan of care consistently and efficiently with resident-centered outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals regarding changes in care plans.
- Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort by applying current nursing practices.
- Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments and activities on assigned unit and shift.
- Ensure timely communication of treatment and assessment information and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate staff activities to ensure care is delivered as directed.
