Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (LPN/RN) to assist the DON and ADON in overseeing weekend nursing operations at Ashford Place Health Campus in Shelbyville, IN. You will help plan, organize, and direct nursing services while delivering quality resident care.

The role requires an active LPN or RN license, CPR certification, and weekend availability. Expect 12-hour shifts with an incentive program for weekend hours, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, valid state nursing license (LPN or RN).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Weekend availability on Fri–Sun and 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist DON/ADON in planning and directing nursing services.
• Oversee resident care per assessment and plan of care.
• Provide direct nursing care and evaluate treatment outcomes.
• Assist in resident documentation and charting.
• Maintain campus readiness for tours and surveys.
• Ensure accurate, complete medical records.
