The Springs of Richmond in Richmond, Indiana, is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (LPN, RN) to support the Director of Nursing and ADON in coordinating weekend nursing operations and ensuring high-quality resident care.

The role requires current LPN or RN license and CPR certification; shifts are 12 hours on Fridays through Sundays, with incentive pay of $7 per hour for weekend hours; compensation varies with license and experience.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN or RN license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Weekend availability: Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
• Ability to provide direct resident care as needed.
• Strong teamwork and coordination with DON/ADON.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DON and ADON to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct nursing services.
• Supervise resident care according to assessments and care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care per orders and assess treatment outcomes.
• Assist with documentation in MatrixCare for medical records completeness.
• Support campus readiness for tours and surveys.
