Job summary

Lakes at Lutz Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Weekend RN/LPN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff on weekend nights in Florida. The role reports to the Director of Nursing and ensures care plans are followed and care standards are met.

Ideal candidates hold an RN or LPN license in Florida, with BSN preferred, IV, CPR/BLS, and strong clinical leadership. This is a part‑time weekend position requiring supervision and hands‑on nursing support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN/LPN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong understanding of nursing practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel on weekends and evenings.
• Oversee day‑to‑day nursing activities during shifts.
• Review and update care plans for residents.
• Conduct rounds and assess resident status regularly.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care as needed.
