Job summary
Harris Hill in Concord, NH is seeking a Weekend Manager, RN to oversee operations of the nursing center from Friday 5 PM to Monday 7 AM. The role leads delivery of high-quality patient care, mentoring staff and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will hold an accredited nursing degree with valid state licensure, a minimum of three years of nursing experience and demonstrated nurse leadership.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Associate Degree in Nursing with 3 years of nursing experience.
- Diploma with 3 years of nursing experience.
- BSN with 2 years nursing experience and at least 1 year in nurse leadership. Current licensure by the State Board and BLS/CPR certification maintained.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of the nursing center from 5 PM Friday to 7 AM Monday.
- Provide visible leadership for high-quality, cost-effective patient care and satisfaction.
- Ensure care delivery aligns with mission, policies and regulations.
- Mentor, educate, coach and discipline nursing staff.
- Collaborate with physicians and other professionals; serve as a resource.
- May provide direct patient care to maintain skills.
