Harris Hill in Concord, NH is seeking a Weekend Manager, RN to oversee operations of the nursing center from Friday 5 PM to Monday 7 AM. The role leads delivery of high-quality patient care, mentoring staff and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will hold an accredited nursing degree with valid state licensure, a minimum of three years of nursing experience and demonstrated nurse leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing with 3 years of nursing experience.
• Diploma with 3 years of nursing experience.
• BSN with 2 years nursing experience and at least 1 year in nurse leadership. Current licensure by the State Board and BLS/CPR certification maintained.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

The Weekend Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall operations of the nursing center starting at 5 PM on Friday until 7 AM on Monday.

• Report to the Director of Nursing
• Visible leadership position responsible for the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family and employee satisfaction
• Ensure that care delivery is consistent with the mission, vision, values and policies of the company and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
• Mentor, educate, coach and discipline nursing team members.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals, and serve as a resource to all staff
• May also provide direct patient care to maintain skills.

• Diploma, 3 years of nursing experience.
• BSN, 2 years nursing experience. Successful nurse leadership experience for a minimum of one year. Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the Center's state. Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs and Behavioral Centers; ALFs/ILFs as required by State)
