Job summary

Hackett Hill is hiring a Weekend Manager, LPN or RN to oversee the nursing center from Friday 5 PM through Monday 7 AM. This full-time leadership role emphasizes delivering high-quality, cost-effective patient care while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited nursing degree with active licensure, BLS/CPR certification, and several years of nursing leadership experience, plus strong mentorship and collaboration with physicians and the care team.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN or LPN licensure.
BSN requires 2 years of nursing experience; Diploma/ADN require 3 years.
Current BLS/CPR certification and licensure as required by state.

Responsibilities

Lead nursing center operations from 5 PM Friday to 7 AM Monday.
Provide visible leadership ensuring high-quality, cost-effective patient care and satisfaction.
Ensure care delivery aligns with mission, values, policies and regulatory standards.
Mentor, educate, coach nursing staff; discipline when needed.
Collaborate with physicians and other professionals; serve as a resource to staff.
May provide direct patient care to maintain skills.
