Job summary

Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking a Full-time Unit Manager - RN at Harris Hill in Concord, NH. The role leads on a nursing unit, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care and compliance with standards, regulations, and policies.

You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing, mentor staff, manage medications, and deliver direct patient care with the team to achieve optimal outcomes and family satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing with 3 years of nursing experience.
• Nursing Diploma with 3 years of nursing experience; BSN with 2 years nursing experience.
• At least 1 year of nurse leadership experience required.
• Must possess current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the nursing center state.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage and safe care.
• Participate with the interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals and reduce rehospitalizations.
• Mentor and educate nurses, coordinate with physicians and staff; serve as a resource on unit quality.
• Oversee medication management to ensure supplies and policy compliance.
• Provide direct patient care alongside unit nurses to maintain skills.
