Job summary

North End Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center seeks a Weekend Nurse Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and supervision for nursing staff. The role runs 7 am–7 pm every other weekend, with part-time opportunities and daily pay in Massachusetts.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN or LPN license in MA, with a valid BLS/CPR certification and 5 years of nursing experience, including 1–2 in supervision. Join a team dedicated to compassionate, compliant, high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN or LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum of five years of nursing experience in hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Oversee daily nursing operations to promote safe, effective, person-centered care.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and facility policies governing nursing care.
• Coordinate resident care plans and ensure timely communication across interdisciplinary teams.
• Support timely documentation in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to clinical concerns and assist in resolving issues involving residents, families, and staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support clinical goals.
