Job summary

Marquis Health Consulting Services proudly supports North End Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Boston, MA, seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor. This part-time role runs 7 am–7 pm every other weekend, with daily pay and an hourly rate of $38–$60.

As a supervisor, you’ll provide clinical leadership, oversee nursing operations, ensure compliance, and coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active RN or LPN license in Massachusetts.
• BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to coordinate care plans and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to nursing staff.
• Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure safe, person-centered care.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching.
• Ensure compliance with laws and facility policies.
• Coordinate resident care plans and timely communication.
• Support accurate documentation per standards and regulatory requirements.
• Address clinical concerns and resolve issues with residents and families.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical goals.
