Job summary

Webster Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Massachusetts is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations on Saturdays and Sundays, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, ensuring safe, high‑quality resident care and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will hold an active MA RN license with BLS, have at least 2 years of nursing experience, and demonstrate strong communication with physicians, staff, residents, and families.

Training for supervisory duties is provided.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• BLS Certification (CPR) required
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience
• No supervisory experience required; training will be provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, and regulatory agencies
• Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
