Fundamental in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor for rotating weekend shifts from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. You will lead nursing staff, supervise licensed nurses and CNAs, and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.

The role requires an active RN license, at least 1 year of supervisory experience, CPR certification, and the ability to respond to emergencies. Competitive hourly wages and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state.
• Must have 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing.
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Company Standards, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Supervise licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants on assigned shift while also delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
