Job summary
Fairmont Crossing Health and Rehab Center in Amherst, VA is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN) to lead nursing staff during Friday–Sunday night shifts. Competitive hourly pay with shift differentials and access to daily pay are offered.

Qualifications
- Active Virginia LPN or RN license.
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
- CPR/BLS Certification.
- Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing.
- Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended time periods.
- Team player, strong communicator, passionate about senior care.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and clinical oversight to nursing staff.
- Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
- Support team members with guidance, training, and problem-solving.
