Qualifications

• Active Virginia LPN or RN license.
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds.
• Stand, bend, and walk for extended time periods.
• Team player, strong communicator, passionate about senior care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and clinical oversight to nursing staff.
