Job summary
Williamsburg Post Acute and Rehabilitation is seeking a Weekend Shift Nursing Supervisor (RN or LPN) to lead weekend staff, oversee resident care, coordinate with families and clinicians, and ensure clinical excellence during off-hours. Qualifications
- Valid RN or LPN license in VA.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience (SNF preferred).
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and people skills.
- Calm under pressure and confident in decision-making.
- A passion for elder care and a team-first attitude.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support nursing staff during the weekend shift.
- Oversee resident care and ensure clinical excellence.
- Coordinate with families, doctors, and team members for continuity of care.
- Respond to emergencies and ensure smooth operations during off-hours.
- Be the go-to person for staff, residents, and families alike.
