Qualifications

• Current Virginia RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong assessment, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience in Long-Term Care or Assisted Living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversee weekend nursing staff.
• Ensure care plans and restorative programs are followed.
• Manage incident investigations and documentation.
• Monitor quality indicators and ensure survey readiness.
• Supervise staff and coordinate weekend staffing and coaching.
• Maintain effective resident and family communication.
