Job summary

Genesis HealthCare is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor for Crestwood Center in Milford, NH. The role covers Friday 5 PM through Monday 7 AM, with 24-hour shifts and compensation for 40 hours worked. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

You will report to the Director of Nursing, mentor staff, and ensure safe, compliant patient care while coordinating with physicians and leadership to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing, 3 years of nursing experience.
• Diploma, 3 years of nursing experience.
• BSN, 2 years nursing experience. Leadership experience required; current state licensure. Maintain BLS/CPR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekend operations from 5 PM Friday to 7 AM Monday.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff; ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff; provide clinical guidance as needed.
