Crest Haven Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated RN Weekend Supervisor to lead weekend nursing staff in Middle Township, NJ. You will supervise and coordinate resident care, collaborate with physicians, and ensure high-quality, compliant operations across the unit.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and effective communication to maintain a resident-centered environment while managing weekend staff and care plans.

Qualifications

RN license required
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
Weekend supervision experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for nursing staff during weekend shifts
Supervise and coordinate resident care in compliance with State and Federal regulations
Conduct daily resident assessments and adjust care plans as needed
Assist physicians during rounds and ensure accurate communication of orders
Mentor, train, and support nursing personnel
Prepare daily staff assignments and ensure smooth unit operations
Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
Promote a positive, resident-centered care environment
