Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a dedicated RN/LPN Supervisor to oversee weekend staffing and resident care. The role emphasizes leadership, clinical oversight, and coordination with physicians to ensure high-quality geriatric care.

The successful candidate will hold an accredited nursing degree, a TN RN/LPN license, and prior nursing home leadership experience, and will supervise Charge, Treatment, and CNA staff on Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
BSN or equivalent experience.
Current TN RN/LPN license.
Experience in nursing home leadership.

Responsibilities

Assure effective quality nursing care through nursing process and discharge planning as needed.
Implement plan of care consistently focusing on resident-centered outcomes.
Collaborate with physician and health care professionals on plan of care changes.
Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort with current nursing practices.
Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments on the unit and shift.
Communicate current treatment and assessment information timely and compile new information.
Monitor staff activities to ensure care and treatments follow plans and physician instructions.
