Job summary

Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an experienced RN/LPN Supervisor for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) to oversee nursing staff and resident care. The role emphasizes primary nursing responsibilities, coordination with physicians, and ensuring care plans meet geriatric needs.

The supervisor will guide Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN/LPN license to practice in TN.
• Previous experience in a nursing home leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care delivery and patient outcomes.
• Supervise Charge, Treatment and CNA staff on assigned unit and shift.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals on care plans.
• Ensure care plans align with policies and procedures.
