Medi-Weightloss of Orange, CT is seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. You will conduct patient histories, perform exams, order labs/ECGs, and deliver preventive and program education.

The role requires a collaborative practice with supervising physicians, EMR documentation, and patient follow-up. We offer flexible hours, paid holidays, and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Take and review patient history relevant to care.
• Perform physical exams per guidelines.
• Order and review labs and ECGs.
• Provide preventive and program counseling; education.
• Follow collaborative prescription guidelines.
• Document patient care in EMR per standards.
• Review progress and manage care accordingly.
• Refer patients to other clinicians.
• Conduct follow-up calls to discuss progress.

Responsibilities

• Weekly review of Weight Tracker Report and KPIs for clinical oversight.
• Serve as medical liaison for locations.
• Participate in ongoing training and act as trainer for staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve franchise clinical operations.
• Develop strategic recommendations for patient experience improvements.
• Participate in program launches for new services and products.
• Demonstrate project management and monitor work plans.
